Itinerary
Day 1: Drive from Dar to Selous Game Reserve.
Leave early for the drive to Selous, driving past villages. Lunch en-route.
Day 2: Selous Game Reserve.
All day game drives within the reserve.
Day 3: Selous Game Reserve.
Morning game drives and early evening boat safari.
Day 4: Drive to Morogoro.
Overnight at Hotel New Acropol or similar.
Day 5: Drive to Mikumi.
After a look around town leave for the drive to Mikumi.
Day 6: Mikumi National Park.
All day game drives.
Day 7: Drive to Ruaha National Park.
Lunch en-route.
Day 8: Ruaha National Park.
All day game drives.
Day 9: Ruaha National Park.
All day game drives.
Day 10: Drive to Kisolanza farmhouse
50km Southwest of Iringa. Stay on working farm for the night.
Day 11: Drive Lake Malawi.
After crossing the border we travel to the lakeshore to Sangilo Sanctuary
Lodge.
Day 12: Lake Malawi.
Sangilo Sanctuary Lodge.
Day 13: Mushroom Farm Near Livingstonia.
Optional extras: waterfall/cave, Livingstonia tour, rock climbing, walking.
Day 14: Drive to Nyika National Park.
Set up camp, game drive.
Day 15: Nyika National Park.
Game drives.
Day 16: Drive to Vwaza Marsh Game Reserve after lunch.
Game drives.
Day 17: Vwaza Marsh Game Reserve.
Game drives.
Day 18: Vwaza Marsh Game Reserve.
Game drives.
Day 19: Drive to Lake Malawi.
Kande Beach.
Day 20: Lake Malawi.
Kande Beach. (optional extras: diving, horse riding, sailing)
Day 21: After lunch drive to Luwawa Forest Lodge.
Options to go canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, visit village projects
and much more.
Day 22: Luwawa Forest Lodge.

Day 23: Drive to Lilongwe.
Stay at Kumbali Country Lodge (or similar) if ending trip here or camping
if going on to South Luangwa National Park, Zambia.
Day 24: Drop off at airport.
Trip ends
Or trip can continue to South Luangwa National Park for 3 nights.
Trip can end in Lilongwe, Malawi or Lusaka, Zambia.
Day 24: Drive South Luangwa National Park.
Night drive.
Day 25: South Luangwa National Park.
Day and Night drives.
Day 26: South Luangwa National Park.
Day game drive.
Day 27: Drive back to Lilongwe.
Staying at Kumbali Country Lodge or similar.
Or drive to Bridge Camp en-route to Lusaka.
Day 28: Drive Lusaka. Trip ends.
